This is an annual event that highlights Haitian personalities who have made significant contributions in various fields in the Dominican Republic, as well as Dominicans in Haiti, in areas such as academia, economy, social affairs, religion, and culture. It will be held both in-person and virtually using all forms of media. The activities aim to bring together Dominicans, Dominicans of Haitian descent, Haitians residing in the country, and other diaspora communities to strengthen peaceful coexistence, dialogue, conflict resolution, cooperation, and brotherhood between the Dominican and Haitian peoples.
